Our VISION

A world where every hormonal shift takes centre stage - lit, alive, and fully seen. Where the stories, sensations, and surges that shape our lives are met with recognition, creativity, and a current you can feel running through it. This is a culture that dresses change, scores it, and lets it play out in full volume.”

Our MISSION

Lost Birds curates the line-up - bringing together the makers, shapers, and backers of hormonal change, and placing their work inside a living, breathing stage. Here, products are experienced, conversations spark, and what strikes a chord rises - drawing attention, energy, and investment toward what earns its place on the bill. This is where ideas become experiences, and experiences become part of how we live.

What Takes the Stage

In it

Our  Backstage Crew

Where cues are called and the line is set.

Jayne Coulthard - Founder & Creative Direction

Jayne brings 25 years across digital innovation, business transformation, and the creative industries, alongside a life in performance spanning dance, theatre, opera and cabaret. She leads the vision and creative direction of Lost Birds, shaping its world, tone, and structure through lived experience, cultural instinct, and a track record of building platforms that bring people and ideas together.

Her scientific grounding is applied where needed and shapes it where it matters - in the body, in daily life, and in the experiences women recognise instantly.

Donna Dale - Communications Director

Donna’s work spans writing, plays, short stories, visual art, music, and performance - shaping a voice led by timing, instinct, and expression. She leads communications, editorial, and podcast across Lost Birds, drawing out what matters to women and opening the conversation to all.
